This is insane. My boyfriend and I live in Janesville and tried to go visit his parents in Jefferson a couple weeks ago, completely unaware of anyt of this because we don't watch the news ever. There were cops every where and everything was blocked... it was actually impossible to get to his parents' house.
It's still awful, we were there today. I sure hope the Burger Corner survives... that was my favorite food place when I lived there. :(
Late reply-- Burger Corner has been hauled away in a dumpster. They bought the house one door to the north, and are building on that site. It is higher, fortunately. The old Burger Corner site is going to be used as a retention pond, which it seemed to be doing, anyway! ;)

That's hilarious. I past Burger corner about a week ago and you can notice that it was completely underwater. xD
