This album is phenomenal. The riffs and melodies are always changing, the choruses are catchy and the drums are clear and bold. I never got bored, even on the 7th listen or something!

@Balian49 I know I shouldn't call you an ignorant because you might have not explored death metal.Sure that brutal gimmick death metal act is musically and lyrically monotonous but there are some band like Amon Amarth for insatnce that present a theme within their lyrics,which draws around their history but also incorporate NWOBHM elements into their riffs

@MaximeBanel I could recommend you similar bands that may truely be entertaining depending on your taste though.Try out some tech death like Death,Atheist and Anata,classic death metal like Morbid Angel or Possessed for example adn November's Doom which plays death/doom

@Dargor0777 Yea, Modern Power/Speed Metal sounds kinda Metalcore to me too, I think that its some of the things they do with the vocals.

I agree abotu BG being vastly superior, but I rather like this, it's kind of a breath of fresh air from all the dragonFARCE clones abound lately. sure it's got some metalcore feeling elements about it, but it's pretty good IMHO.

what i really like about them it's that they have the heavy sound as if the were a hard-core band, but they're as fast as a power metal one, you have to play perfectly so the sound can come clean, and they achived it
