Under European law, a pig has to have a certain amount of living space in his sty, the shit thing is that,a pig sty is bigger in size than what a truck cab is weather it be a Scanni topliner or DAF superspace,or Merc megaspace, sad isnt it, Longliners are great for UK container work as a standard Sliding skel is only 40ft. And there is at least 2 longliners in operation. Seen them down Felixstowe!!!

trucks are all about moving large ammounts of goods from a to b for the least ammount of cost.why do trucks in germany france etc have trailers and are lower in height to trucks in the uk.

Dont know mate! They widely use low profile tyres, as i say dont know, I know that i'm pissed off with the lack of space in trucks! when you consider nighting out for a week with very little room, aint appealing!
