well, If you have Il-2 1946 4.08 verision, you´ve got in quick mission builder a black dot next to the LOADOUT box. If you click there, you´ll see your aircraft and next to it will be boxes with aircrafts, loadout, STATES, squadrons, etc. So, this is it :)
