Very interesting. Most of the time I play Wii games with the Wii Remote on it's side so this would be better than the charge station gimmick. Is this plugged into the Wii's USB ports?

Very cool! I want to use my Wii Remote with FreeTrack so this will eleminate the need for batteries. Thanks!
