IT looks like a good thing you're doing, posting these on Youtube. 1 suggestion: give more info about your location, etc. I don't even know what state you're in. This could help people who aren't sure, before they go to the shelter website.
Also, perhaps you could remove the videos of the dogs that are already adopted or whatever, like the one here which I assume is gone by now. Folow-up is important.
