MS is Multiple Sclerosis, a debilitating disease that causes a deterioration (weakening) of the nerves and immune system. Anti-bodies attack the myelin around the spinal cord causing nerves to not function right therefore causing disability. Hope this explains it, didn't mean to be so technical. It's hard to understand even when you do have knowledge about the disease.
