I experienced the same thing!!! I was driving at top speed in a sports car, entered booth tunnel, hit the biker and instantly killed him, then when i went to look at the corps, I moved over it and it rose into the air!!! I think its because Booth tunnel is underwater.

i got a glitch on my 360, when you shoot playboy (in holland play) it kept repeating the esact momment i shot him it was classic but got boring

I figured out that if you shoot someone enough that they cant swim anymore and then push them into the water they actually drown and you can watch and hear them drown.
