On Booms side it says that drugs are illegal in the festival? How so when it has been decriminalized in Portugal? Or are people just still doing it and no1 gives a shit?

@Gufberg the thing is, if you have them and are caught, you won't be in jail but they're taken from you. But it's only if you have a "certain" quantity that is 10 times or less the daily dose. But officialy, drugs are illegal.

@D4arkf4iry come! boom is awesome, you have 6 areas with a diferent kind music (dance temple, chill out, groovy beach, trypical beach, sacred fire and amesterdam ballon) art gallery, psynema, theathrom, healing area, liminal village and more...a lot of activities every day. Good sun ( more than 40 degrees). the festival area is 5km

@D4arkf4iry I'm not comparing anything, because all of the festival are different each one with its essence. Every year the boom festival has grown and become a bit commercial, but it remains an amazing festival! the first festival I went to was in 2002 and only had the dance floor, chill out, art gallery and psynema. Now there are many areas to have a good time. (continue in another post)
