I think nintwiggy was trying to say even with 9 people and shitloads of cash thrown at them that they don't sound anywhere near as good as zombie did having only 4 members and limited cash(at this time)
yeah, rob zombies ok i guess.. but he should have stayed with this band here. This band was PHUCKING AWESOME!!! La Sexorcisto: oNe of my favorite albums of all time. why some people wanna fix shit that isnt broke will always be a mystery to me!!
This is so awesome, i was at that show and in that mosh pit. My favorite concert by WZ, saw them 4 times before they split. The one with Pantera, WZ, and Megadeth was good too. Think im going to have an O watchn this, bringin back some great memories.
what is it with massachusetts having such awesome bands like zombie aerosmith godsmack staind and of course boston im proud to be from mass cause of those bands
The transition from the pinky finger to the ring finger is the hardest part for that beginning riff. "Leatherneck'n down the street like 'Hey I'm joyrid'n' like a bad dog
@systm1111 I play (and I think J. plays it) like a pedal-point off an open d between the d and a strings, you only need two fingers and shift them, sounds a lot smoother and a helluvalot easier....In one of his guitar columns J. gave the best piece of advice I've ever had: THERE ARE NO RULES .....thanks J.
i saw zombie at the agora ballroom in cleveland on la sexorcisto tour. One of their amps blew up so Rob stormed off midway through set only to come back out and play for 2 more hours. He said it was the 1st time they played children of the grave wondered if you had any footage from that show.
I'm pretty sure I was at this show, or at least I was at one of their shows for this tour in Cincy in the early 90's Some rock-a-billy band was the the warm-up act.
When zombie came out a whole group of people charged from the upper deck down onto the floor knocking security on the asses everywhere and a big mosh pit skirmish broke out.
IMO this was Zombie's best album by far, pour the gasoline, burn the f@#$#ker clean.
@bloodypeasant13 I believe that the rock-a-billy band you're thinking of was The Reverend Horton Heat.. I saw them somewhere in Detroit @ 94 or so & was not into T.R.H.H. at all as I was only there to groove to the almighty White Zombie. TBH, I've never understood that supporting band choice to this day. Cheers!
@nintwiggy6491 lmao@ your comment... did some retarded maggot actually bring up Slipknot into this video? I'd like to slap them with a hand full of maggots. slipknot is not music. White Zombie were by far better sounding than that fucking High school goth wannabe's slipknot motherfuckin band.
Back in 1996 I left my wz cd in the player in the back of the rig I was working for Goodrich Ems. I worked my first megacode full arrest and for some reason my driver turn on the back radio. So I worked some poor soul to the tune of Soul Crusher. Defib, IV pushes, chest compressions, intubation. The whole works. He still died though. I just really remember the fire fighter doing compressions to a 2 to 1 ratio to the beat of this song. Its one of those things you notice. You had to be there.
Dude! You're videos that you make kick ass! Did you edit this? Or was it already like this? Man, this is my FAVOURITE live video of White Zombie or even just Rob Zombie for that matter!
Heh, na man that what it was like. Its a fan edit. Bunch of people took vid of the show and then someone edited it all together. Ill be putting up some more songs from this show soon.
Well, it's still a cool vid! And I'm still glad you put it up! Thanks man! By the way, you just gave me great idea for how to make a decent music video for sheap! Just have group of homie get together with cam-corders and take pictures from different spots and angles! And then edit them on a computer! It's a CHEAP way to produce a cool music video! Awesome! HAHAHAHAHAHA!
Dude I don't know where you get the videos but message me if you have better quality than the flash ones on youtube. Anything! I love this video. Its amazing and I have to have it at best quality possible. This one and THRUST!
