Lane could go to USC and if they get hammered by the NCAA, Lane can blame any failure on sanction. If USC doesn't get hammered, and Lane Kiffen is a success, I could see USC becoming like the "the U" in the late 80's and early 90"s. USC's talent and appeal plus Lane's trash talk and possible know how to win equals another strong but trashy program with lots of drama. I hope he fails sanction or no sanction, and I'm not a UT fan.
