@Rebsaul Each market is different but I focus on the lower income areas for the simple fact more investors have money to spend in those areas but your market may be different, some of it is trial and error and you won't know until you get out there with some action

i got my 25 bandit signs and im going to put up all of them in my area. then im going to buy 100 bandits and cutt it in half to make 200. then put up 50 in ct in two weeks then ima put another 50 in ct in april. has does that sound ty ?and oh yea everyone got to vistaprint(dot) com and get 100 postcards for free just pay S/H for your direct mailing campaign.

This is a powerful message, Ty. People don't understand that it is TRULY a numbers game. You have to step up to the plate and swing the bat before you hit a home run. The more times your phone rings, the more chances you have to do a deal.
I always wanted to get into something like this but with the way the housing market is today...Is it really safe or still profitable to go into it now??
People have to live some where and as long as houses are a form of shelter that requires most people to pay either a mortgage or rent then opportunities will exist for investors to make money which gives wholesalers an opportunity to make money

Kid grows up in LV, goes off to college in Texas, finishes college, get's a job in Dallas, lives there for 20 years, parents die and leaves house or houses to him, he's in LV to tie up loose ends and notices your Bandit Sign "I PAY CASH FOR HOUSES", he's motivated to sell, you strike a deal on the house and you wholesale to an investor, THOSE OPPS EXIST IN ANY MARKET

Buyer put up 2,000 earnest money.
we closed at the attorney's office in about 5 days.
The closing went great with the buyer getting the property and me and my partner getting paid!!

100 to 150 bandit signs in just one area or neighborhood will get 3 to 5 call per day which should produce 3 to 5 deals per month

100% right now but i would advice anyone to do more than just bandit signs
i can get 100 white 12x18 signs for $60 at a local sign supply shop here in the HAM
