Fact is, that meal AND nutrient timing has no effect on body composition; same goes for food choice (if bread is white or brown does not matter for body composition). You often say no carbs after 3 pm. This is not actually nessecary, it also doesn't matter if you eat 3 or 6 times a day as long as you hit your macrogoal =)
You can gain 10-15 pounds in 8 weeks but 80%+ of that is gonna be fat. If youre training is good, you can expect to gain 2 pounds in 8 weeks. Unless you on the juice. Plus this guy gettin like no fibre with all that protein he eatin, enjoy your constipation and lack of nutrient absorbtion

@illerskiller It's not calories in and calories out for gaining size and staying lean while doing it. Several factors come into play, age/hormone levels, how lean you are presently (if over 10% don't eat like this), intensity level and frequency of training to name a few. If you don't track what you do, you will never know 100% what works best for your body type. If I ate the stuff noted above I would get fat, no question about it.

The stupid thing is, it doesn't make any sense to advertise that you're tossing on 8-10 lb of muscle when all you're showing is how to eat a shitload to put on mass in general. Sure, this diet will put weight on you, but the only guarantee that you'll be able to gain lean muscle mass is in your routine and your protein intake.
it's impossible to gain just muscles periods, usually humans gain 1 pounds of fat for each pounds of muscles. gaining 10 pounds means gaining 5 pounds of muscles and 5 pounds of fat. When people overeeat excessively in an attempt to build mass (sorry, it doesn't work that way) they might gain 2 pounds of fat for every pounds of muscle. This is typical of many bulkers that don't count their calories, just look how fatter their face becomes
@DRMatt3533 I know there is an issue with the time frame to build that much muscle. However, the eating part alone is absolutely a way to gain mass. Of course it is not healthy, but you don't do it 365 days a year. It's done just to put on weight to build muscle, then you go back to eating healthy to cut if you want. I saw guys in the hood do this all the time. They ate all that shit and lifted weights. They were huge muscle wise and did not all have ripped six packs, but they were not fat.

you have to eat properly, "eating big" makes it sound like the more you eat the more muscles you build while after a certain intake the more you eat the more fat you're building. 250-500 calories above maintenance is all one needs, more is just useless in terms of growth

@EfiniSeven You're comparing 'toned', with the state of building muscle. Two completely different cases bud. A toned body comes mainly from lowering your body fat % below 10% in conjunction with weight training.
Building muscle is, well, building muscle. You pack on more muscle, you look bigger. You can lose a pound of fat a week with good cardio and diet if you're above 10% body fat, but there's no way in hell you can gain one pound of muscle in a week, let alone 10 pounds in 8 weeks.

it's impossible to gain just muscles periods, usually humans gain 1 pounds of fat for each pounds of muscles. gaining 10 pounds means gaining 5 pounds of muscles and 5 pounds of fat. When people overeeat excessively in an attempt to build mass (sorry, it doesn't work that way) they might gain 2 pounds of fat for every pounds of muscle. This is typical of many bulkers that don't count their calories, just look how fatter their face becomes

@DRMatt3533 I know there is an issue with the time frame to build that much muscle. However, the eating part alone is absolutely a way to gain mass. Of course it is not healthy, but you don't do it 365 days a year. It's done just to put on weight to build muscle, then you go back to eating healthy to cut if you want. I saw guys in the hood do this all the time. They ate all that shit and lifted weights. They were huge muscle wise and did not all have ripped six packs, but they were not fat.

you have to eat properly, "eating big" makes it sound like the more you eat the more muscles you build while after a certain intake the more you eat the more fat you're building. 250-500 calories above maintenance is all one needs, more is just useless in terms of growth

Allright, if it worked for you that's just fine, I tried these things (for bulking --> eating clean and add "unhealthy food" to get more calories). I did not get as much results as I got from your clean High Life Workout plan (Sure, I bought it). And no, I don't always eat chicken breast with salad ^^

@EfiniSeven You're comparing 'toned', with the state of building muscle. Two completely different cases bud. A toned body comes mainly from lowering your body fat % below 10% in conjunction with weight training.
Building muscle is, well, building muscle. You pack on more muscle, you look bigger. You can lose a pound of fat a week with good cardio and diet if you're above 10% body fat, but there's no way in hell you can gain one pound of muscle in a week, let alone 10 pounds in 8 weeks.
