Rex Matheson is such an unlikable character. He's such an asshole making fun of his colleague's wife with leukemia and gloating that he's going to get that promotion because his wife has leukemia. And he's just an all around dick. He's the worst character to ever grace Torchwood and the fact that he's ugly as sin isn't winning me over.

Plus, it was also mentioned on Dr. Who that time was relative (or something like that) and fluxuates. Just because he was the Face of Boe at one point in time, does not mean he will still be.

@bhobtoo Yes and I am American, but even I know that it is a stupid choice bringing the show here. British television shows are more free to do what they want with violence and sexuality. The only show that I have seen like that in the US is True Blood, and that is on HBO. They show Secret Diary on Showtime, but obviously that is not American.

Oz, Queer as Folk, Weeds, Game of Thrones, True Blood, all good shows that didn't have to worry about censorship issues due to their respective premium networks.
