I seen girl school back then 81 or 82 i barley remember..I always got alcohol buzzed with low grade microdot or (Think pink) from the punks sold cheap..Im not sure i think girl school opened up for judas priest but i forget? Back then whenever i saw statue of liberty spiked hair i knew it was gonna be a good one.

They are GREAT! I have two of their albums, but what happened with the 3rd record?? I had actually won a FREE copy in a limmerick contest through their fan-club, but the 3rd LP was never released (officially) I heard...... so I didn't get it.

Rock Goddess - this Band would have earned definitively much more attention! "My angel" belongs for me still in every good rock disco. And I can lay her debut album of 1983 till this day only most warmly in the heart. Rock on!!!

My sister and I are Metal guitarist& bassist and believe me in the 70's-80's it was not that acceptable for women to play in Heavy Metal band's in a mostly macho male dominated era.I am truly sorry about the world loosing Kelly Johnson.

Rock Goddess and Girlschool made their friendship with each other known to the public around the time of R.G.'s Hell Hath No Fury album release. I still have an old issue of the Heavy Metal Magazine called Kerrang somewhere in storage with all of them together for a photo shoot. There was another all girl rock band in the photo shoot as well, but, their name escapes me at the moment. I wished Rock Goddess' Satisfied Then Crucified live video was still on YouTube.
