Don't know what exactly this specific car is, but there are two "MC Sportline" versions of the GranTurismo. There's the "MC Sportline Edition", which is indeed the limited edition ( 12 cars) for the middle east. But you can also get the MC Sportline parts as normal options (the whole package or only the parts you want) on a normal GranTurismo S. As far as i know with the full package it is exactly the same as the "MC SportLine Edition" apart from a few badges saying it's the limited edition.
