  • superb man loved it...

  • Like this a lot-Thanks for making it easy! Listing the chord changes and times-It really gives you a chance to mix up your modes and work on improv with key changes-Nice job

  • hey dude was jus wonder if u hav any tabs for this??

  • @Fodested Hey, Sorry i don`t

  • @Mettabosna did you make the track yourself though? If ya did my hat off too ya mate, really rockin' .... aaand if ya did reckon you could pop some tabs up somewhere on the net, mainly just for that first riff the chords in each progression I can figure out... peace

  • @Fodested i did not make the track, the chord progression is on the video in the red box

  • omg this sounds like it would go perfect with the pentatonic scale

  • @BlackSam156 Not sure where you heard that bullshit, but just because you use Pentatonic doesn't make you low or normal, Lol.. Nothing wrong with a little Bluesy feel to your licks. Go call Zakk Wylde "Low, or Normal" >__>; Dude dresses like a fucking viking.. Nothing normal about that.. Anyways, try E Phrygian and some A Minor on the changes. Don't worry about the Chords right off, find what works, then fish for position after a couple dry runs.

  • BEST TRACK ON YOUTUBE

  • pefect...thats what i was looking for

  • I really dig this track! I love the riffs and the harmony! Thanks for posting.

  • kick ass !@

  • it is kiko loureiro's music

  • @vanboltzzz

    I'm thinking too...

  • gud

  • hey man this backing track helped me write my first lead ever man i think it sounds fucking great nice job and thank you

  • wow man, thanks a lot what a nice tracks for shredding

  • This is less a backing track and more just a song. Sounds cool though.

  • The chorus sounds so much like the chorus of "Citizens erased" by Muse.

  • amazing track thanks!! i find this one of the best backing tracks on the internet

  • @jordigsg thanks

  • knap !!!!

  • KIKO LOUREIRO!

  • This a great shred track, thanks.

    Sounds like Tyketto

  • @MvanSst its kiko loureiro... a brazilian guitar player.... the name of this song is lower field =)

  • too many key changes and they dont follow any real progression modulate to the dominants not the mediants

  • wow i love the key changes

  • Really well done. Great rhythm and melodic lines plus key changes keep it interesting and as we all know, the bigger the challenge the better the player we become

  • awesome :D

  • rhytm plays too mutch lead allreday to improvise on in a nice way!

  • This is Kiko Loureiro's Lower Field xD

  • @evanderguitarist ... this music is awesome! kiko loureiro is the best!

  • i dont like this

  • @JukplerErplirim why not?

  • @Mettabosna its a nice melody and nice sound, but i find this hard to impro to. there are just too many instruments playin in main time. i think 3 instruments ( bass guitar/keyboard and drums) are enough.

    my opinion...

  • @JukplerErplirim yeah i know, i find it hard to play too

  • @Mettabosna That just means it's good practice. I like this, btw :)

  • @JukplerErplirim WELL... IF IT'S HARD TO IMPRO, MAY BE IT'S BECAUSE YOU'RE NOT GOOD ENOUGH. 'CAUSE I PLAYED IT, AND SOUNDS SO GOOD...

JUST KEEP TRYING WITH PENTATONIC AND MAJOR. IT'S A GREAT BACKING TRACK

  • @fernandojs30 oh yes, yes..pentatonic and major..are we talking 'bout a good impro or a normal/low impro? if u are so good as u say u should impro over the chord, not over a scale and in this track is pretty impossible to have a good impro. too many instruments..

  • @BlackSam156 SORRY... AM I TALKING WITH U? I DIDN'T SAY THAT I'M SO GOOD... BUT IF YOU ASK... YES, I AM. SO I SAID THAT I PLAYED IT, AND IT SONDS GREAT. IF YOU CAN'T, MAYBE YOU 'RE NOT READY TO PLAY THIS. JUST SHUT UP AND LEARN MY FRIEND... GOOD LUCK

  • @fernandojs30 usually if u play with pentatonic u cant play good. thats a fact, not an opinion. The difference between a great musician and a low/normal musician is in this kind of things. But, if u are so good..im waiting for your video :) pls do it!

  • @BlackSam156 YOU CAN PLAY GOOD WITH A LOT OF SCALES, IF YOU KNOW IT WELL. LET ME KNOW FIRST... WHAT THE HELL IS A "LOW/NORMAL MUSICIAN" FOR YOU?I DON'T UNDERSTAND... MAY BE YOU DON'T BELIEVE THAT I COULD PLAY IT... BUT I HAVE NO WEBCAM...I HAVE SOME VIDEOS IN MY PC OF ME IMPRO. BUT IF YOU WANNA SEE ME PLAYING THIS BACKING TRACK, YOU MUST WAIT... HAHA. AND SORRY IF I HAVE A BAD ENGLISH XD

  • like it !!!!!!!!!!!

  • Best backing track ever!

  • @MultiSlash1994 thx,,im the only one who cant play to this..i mean im not bad at guitar but this dose not fit me somehow, maybee i dont know the scales

  • @Mettabosna Come on if you can make an awesome backing track like this im sure you know the scales.

  • @MultiSlash1994 i did not make, what scale do u use? i use like a middleeastern scale in the begining

  • this is Lower Field from Kiko Loureiro... but yeaah.. a really good backing track for improvising...

  • Awesome track, thanks for posting the chords so I can jump right in without having to figure em out!

  • absolutely amazing!!!! keep it up, you just got another subscription from me thats for sure.lol.

  • dude, this already sounds great with out the soloing

  • modulation meaning i believe in this case the slight key changes..good movement and use of said changes..

  • I love it guy, continue this way :)

  • sounds like crimson glory

  • Could jam tooooo this one all day ! My favorite,....thxs..

  • Ok.....I know I just posted, but seriously bro, you need to put more like this on here. Thanks

  • @jtone20 hey thx..i am going to post more backingtracks soon

  • @Mettabosna That's what I want to hear.....lol. Also, I like the modulations....great for practice.

  • @jtone20 what modulation? what is that? when you mix something or what;O lol

  • @Mettabosna Seriously? Lol, Its when you change to another key signature. ;)

  • @Mettabosna nah he means switching between the Em and Am scale and hes right it is a good exercise to master your scales

  • Dude I love this!!!! Totally rules!

  • really like it.

  • this reminds me ALOT of the song tears of sahara by tony macalpine. especially at the key changes from C#m all the way to Gm!

  • sick! i like it

  • wow...a REAL METAL backing track....these ones on here that just drone onEMI are NOT metal...this guy gets it...very Ronnie James Dio ish during the Vivian Cambell era....just awesome thanks for posting

  • This is just the backing track of the song LOWER FIELD from the brazilian guitarist KIKO LOUREIRO.... Mettabosna you should add this information as you didn't compose this song!!!

  • for some reason utube didnt let me post so u could click the times (with a : in between)

  • @hellsSG what du you mean? i did not understand you:S

  • @Mettabosna The times i posted is were it changes key. but i couldnt write it so you could click the time and the video would start playing there immediately. for example, at 1:44 the key changes to c#m but i had to write it as 144 in my previous post for some weird reason :S

  • @hellsSG i fixed it on the video..the red box

  • @Mettabosna Hehe nice :P good backing track btw.

  • 000 am

    144 c#m

    205 em

    226 gm

    247 am/C? (chords: F C G E)

    307 am

  • yeah its pretty good but it does change keys a couple of times

  • Definatly Subbing, But i am about 90% sure this is actually in the Key of Am

  • @BaseballGod710 yeah you now i had a hard about that,,are u sure? it changes key

  • @Mettabosna Yeah it's in Am, not Em
