I love French, but DAMN! If you've been speaking English your entire life and you try learning it at 17, it's NOT EASY! (Although it was mandatory up 'til grade 3) French is so COMPLICATED!!! But I wish I could speak it because a) I live in Canada and I want to visit Quebec one day, and b) I LOVE the sound of it! It's 100000000000x more romantic than Spanish. Spanish is gross.

I know it's a late answer, but there is no translation for "tutoie" in English. "Tutoyer" means to say "tu" (2nd person of singular) to someone, to be familiar, instead of the polite "vous" (2nd person of plural). Like "Comment vas-tu" instead of "comment allez-vous ?"
