C6/C7 spinal cord injury client shows recovery

I am Amit and Suffering from same problem, I am paralysed all way down from waist. It has affected my legs, my Bladder (urine)....Please tell me how many months did it take for you to recover completely on legs and on urine (if u had problem).

Any tops you would like to gi me on physiotherapy and ezersizes like Kegal etc

i had a spinal cord injury and was parallyzed from the waist down. im walking again thank god but i remember taking those first steps it was amazing i cried i was only 14 and now im 15 and almost fully recovered :)

@caramarcada1 incomplete you mean? or the middle of my back? where i had the injurt and yes i was never supposed to walk again but i am and lovin every step that god gave me back... :D
