  • неплохое упражнение, у меня ротвейлер так же таскал, только старые скаты и побыстрее, и как результат его трудно было удержать на поводке когда ему хотелось не в ту сторону :-D

  • @mehle3 Thailand is not Kara-te, Thailand is Muay-thai, in thailand they have thier own training style, they are Thai not Okinawan or Japanese, Kara-te is more older then Muay-thai, Muay-thai was created from Chinese kick boxing, in 400 bc era by traveling monk who came across the Thailand and tought the Thai warrior how to defend themselves from the Mongolian army, Muay-thai had developed ever since that time of war, Muay thai is in fact the 8 limbed art of boxing. this training method powerful

  • @Tanoshiryu, das sind Bewegungen die nicht im Fitnessstudio trainiert werden können. Dabei geht es um Einsatz der richtigen Muskeln in richtiger Reihenfolgen. Das kannst du erst verstehen wenn du einige Jahre Karate geübt hast. LG
