  • "Cook a little quick, that's what you want."

NO! You don't want to cook any meat fast if you have the time. Its always better to slow cook. In addition, you need to use a pan to keep the moister in the chicken. The chicken you just cooked looks very dry and burnt!

That's not how to BBQ chicken or any white meat. White meat needs moisture.

  • @christschool You obviously have never eaten food cooked on a ceramic grill. I'll bet that chicken was so juicy it would burn your face. The only meats that benefit from low and slow cooking are tough, fatty cuts of beef and pork. Lean cuts of meat should be cooked hot and fast. How do you like your steak? Chicken should be cooked over medium heat. 350 sounds perfect to me...

  • @revinit I agree revinit, but, don't you know there are just so many "Pros" here on YouTube?? They know it all and the rest of us don't know shit.....

  • @BikeMeAustin Agreed, you don't know shit and neither does he. Spending thousands on a grill doesn't make you know how to grill. You can achieve superior results from an $18 Walmart grill if you know what you're doing.

  • @christschool Luckily for all of us we've got twats like you who know it all, know that we don't know shit and are here to guide us. So keep your little $18 Wal-mart grill and those of us who can afford the nicer things in life will go ahead and get them and use them. Move along junior.....

  • @BikeMeAustin Yeah, luckily for you, cunts that don't know better, you can create the same flavor and superior flavor if you know how to grill. You obviously think the more you spend on a grill, the more you know. Idiot.

By the way, dumbass, I make $300k a year and can afford to grill the way I want. What I object to is idiots like you that don't know how to grill deceiving people into buying something they don't need.

  • @christschool Sure, sure you make $300K a year. Look "cunt"-little twats like you who THINK they know it all are a dime a dozen here on youtube. And just like you, most of them think they're such a bad ass hiding behind a key board. I'm not trying to decieve anyone into anything. Judging by your continous remarks on this video(and I'm sure there are plenty more from you all over youtube) you need the ego boost you get from "thinking" you're superiour to everyone on here, keep on fooling yourself

  • @christschool Ceramic grills retain moisture so adding liquid is not necessary.

  • @revinit The chicken in this video was dry as a bone, anyone with a lick of sense can see that. Not only was it dry, it was burnt.

  • @revinit Look at 5:59. Is that how you cook chicken? Its freaking charred. Always remove meat before the internal temperature reaches the recommended level because it will still "cook" away from the heat source. If you wait until the internal temp reaches the recommended level while still on the heat, the temp will continue to rise after you take it off the heat source. Most cooks make this mistake because most people can't cook. I like my chicken golden brown, not black.

  • great set up love that table.looks good

  • Just a suggestion to get chicken without charcole-skin: Whenever we have to grill greater volumes of meat (mor than 1 inch thick) at high temperatures, we cook the meat for about 10 minutes in boiling salt-water. The meat is about 50-70°C hot in the core and the skin will contain more water (helps to avoid burning the skin). Then put it on the pre-heated grill (250-300°C) for 10 to 15 minutes max. Your chicken will be done and the skin will be golden brown and crispy.

  • @MillyVanillification You might as well just boil that chicken a little longer and make soup!

  • @crou6702 While they are smaller surface area, "the cooker would be better" is highly debateable.

  • @morvetti From what I see, no ! Other than the holes in the bottom grate, there are not that many air holes for air to get in. Check out the Big Green Egg.

  • They produce the same quality of food. I like the Primo because it's American made, the oval shape and grid configuration is much more versitile than a round cooker, and I prefer the black color to the green. I would say build quality and customer service are the same. You'd be happy with either cooker.

  • @Bamaquer But made in the USA is of comparatively low quality. Profit can only be accumulated by selling low quality at the price of high quality :) Whatever. If you live in the USA its a good idea to buy local stuff. I would prefer a tandoor. Its also very easy to DIY and will exceed the performance of commercial ovens.

  • Nice 'Bama!! :-)
