Great point, Runner. I cannot recall this ever happening where divisional foes are in a championship game. Are there other examples of this occurring in the past?

In the season of '99 the Titans played the Jaguars (both AFC Central divison teams) for the AFC Championship. That's the only one I can recall.

I was refering to the Penguins and Flyers for the East last year in the NHL. Jim covered that as well in Yinz Luv Da Guins, and the Penguins were victorious. Let's hope the same happens here for the Steelers (and let's hope they win it all as well too).
