could you please tell me where you got the item pickup sound effect? Ive been looking for ages for something like that. ps nice game

@liljohn560 If it's the life pickup sound, I ripped that myself from Super Metroid. The rupee pickup I don't remember, I'll have to go look in my sources list for that. If you want it, it's in the game's sound folder, file name "DT_MoneyPickup". I doubt it was from the free sound library I had, so don't use it for anything commercial.

Yeah, I say get rid of the gay kill voices, cuz they're lametarded. Also, you get points for having the super metroid energy grabby sound effect in there, that's right, I heard it in there.

That's definitely a legit concern and one that I took notice to when I put that in. There's an option to turn off both the audio and screen alert independently. :)

maybe an option on new game creation? Oh well, beautiful work, I just played through the demo, and I'm liking it. It can be a bit too hard at times, but as long as you don't put a life limit, I'm good. :P
