You should have a gamemode like a line battle. You split the players into two teams and each have the same bolt-action sniper of your choice. They get a good distance apart and line up. Without aiming down their sights from left to right or whatever they take a shot or they all shoot at once then the other team fires. Eventually it gets down to 2 people who duel with pistols even if they are on the same team. This idea can obviously be changed to the style of the whoever is doing this.
