Women have it made today. Vaccums and washers and dryers. My grandma, now she worked. Hand washed clothes, up at dawn to collect the eggs and feed the hogs. Then cooked from scratch while canning and making quilts. I work 10 hrs. a day 6 days a week and I still have to do laundry and clean. That kind of work is a pleasure for me it is so easy. The only area where one could accuse him of hypocrisy in that respect is with regard to gold-diggers, but even that social monstrosity is encouraged by exploitable divorce laws.
Housework isn't related to fiscal parity, rather falling under the category of social behaviour and akin to domestic violence or performance in bed.

Women have it made today. Vaccums and washers and dryers. My grandma, now she worked. Hand washed clothes, up at dawn to collect the eggs and feed the hogs. Then cooked from scratch while canning and making quilts. I work 10 hrs. a day 6 days a week and I still have to do laundry and clean. That kind of work is a pleasure for me it is so easy. I also do everything outside. Sex is also non existent as she uses it as a weapon to get me to buy her even more stuff.

So, I'm just wondering.....do you think men and women are equal or should be equal? If you answer yes, then you should have NO problem with a 50/50 share of EVERYTHING. Including chores. I will admit, cases like yours very well may exist. But what is far more common is for a man to bring in all the money, and his wife or girlfriend to do little or no housework, in which case the man will either issue an ultimatum or hire a maid.

@ladyinpink5 wow 1st of all relax 2nd of all when I was 12 I almost did all the chores in my house and I was jealous of my sister because she only had 1-2. Thats not fair I am a man and I still do these things I mow, I clean the floors I sometimes clean the dishes, I even babysit and my own laundry and still work I even sometimes cook so if you think all guys are lazy and not doing anything what have I been doing? I cant believe you dont even think there is one good guy out there

You know what I think half the trouble is with men Wizard? Too much stoic dignity. I think many guys don't even take pleasure in "broadcasting" their worth, when they're implored to by being devalued by the denigrating march of bitch-sentiment. Maybe the men of the world could glean some recognition by toting around loud-hailers and chumming up to some journalists, to make an announcement, and hold a celebration to commemorate every successful street crossing, light-bulb change, and patio sweep.

Shes never mowed a lawn in her life, she just saying that to try to even things out. When i was in highschool, i had to mow the lawn UP HILL. And i still have to mow the lawn to this day. I don't want to hear that crap from hoover. She hasn't touched a lawnmower in her life.

I would love to clean the house much better than working my ass off at a demanding job. House wives don't have to deal with screaming demanding boss's. Its not even comparable, house wives have it much easier than men. I would switch roles in a second. Then maybe my wife would appreciate what i do at work and what i have to put up with.
