Guys in our team that they only want to play play, dont care about streach or something. i have been playing ball for long time and i know how important this is. im going to ask my coach if he likes this and see if this is pretty good, but if he dont accept it. What should i do. If i want to warm up by my self? what should i do then?

In my team we always do some lay ups, shooting osme and its all.
Could you tell me what should me and my team do?
2nd question. Should i do this with my team ? this warmup? If i do. should i do this first and then lay ups or?
