I beat Jordan 4 stars no mods or anything, just plain PS2 Gibson and lots of practice. So much that I could do the first part until the solo without looking at the screen. :)

Lol the mod is almost exactly like the standard Xbox controller for GH3, all you need to do to play a note its press the button, no strumming needed, I like to breeze through fast solos using the Xbox controller, and long repetitive notes I use the guitar for GH.

Because it's pretty obvious that your mod and concept are very similar to the Rock Band guitar controller. And I highly doubt it was a case of great minds think alike/ coincidence.
