1) Zoom your shoot to the head in enemy

2) In 1 team deathmatch never change the weaponds in all always going in Assault rifles(is the best for headshoots)

3) You have enable the auto lock the enemy? if no enable it

this is the basic start to shoot perfect.

My only issue with the amazing MP is that they need to drop the Ranked/Player breakdown (so as to help minimize the player base split), provide matchmaking or a server list to the console versions, and get rid of the lobby shenanigans (ready up/down, team switching, etc.) so we can spend more time playing and less time *trying* to play.

The game is amazing and deserves the best mp functionality and options.
