While I agree there is some racism in the law it's more on an individual level that it is systemic. That is if the particular judge you get hates blacks or whatever, it might not be good for you. Generally though the legal system is about having money or not having. Evidenced by rich people getting slaps on the wrists while less fortunate get screwed. This happens regardless of your race...though I can easily produce clear cut cases of racism in the courtroom.

well, can i say that i don't agree with you? no disrespect towards your view but even though the defendant may be wrong for his actions, at least he was honest in what he had to say. but the prosecutor, I felt swooped down to his level by saying "You're a tough guy" and giving him an invitation to fight. The prosecutor in this case acted like a straight coward.
