This ride is pretty good, I guess. Went on it yesterday. It may look like it'll get you dizzy, but it won't. The effects are pretty cool (as seen in the video). But the ride is very short!

i love this ride though the seatbelts to hold you are really tight it hurt my stomach the scariest part is at the end is were its goind very slow it looks like your about to fall but not as scary as it looks.

Cause when I went to Kings Island I rode the Tomb Raider and I was kind of scared because the music made the ride seem like it was a really fast thrill ride and when I rode it it was fast and the music was loud but it was the best Top Spin ever but now they removed all the themeing and its sad but they removed the music in 2004

I hope the program is better, because when i rode paramounts kings island tomb raider, it was great. I talked it up so much to my friends, then when i finally took my friends with me it was Cedar Fairs' Kings Island Tomb Raider and my friends and I didn't get half of the experience I had got them so excited about. And this was the Main reason i drove them from NC to OH to kings island was looking forward to rising this amazing ride again which wasn't amazing anymore.

yes it really sucks, Tomb Raider at Kings Island was the best flat ride (non coaster/non water ride/slide, like ride) to date in most peoples opinion. Now that 90 percent of the theming is gone and without the music, it really is now just a top spin inside a big box. And It sucks they keep the lights on now, you don't get the effect of the lava(lighted water) at the end of the ride anymore. sucks.

Before this music played on Tomb Raider and Firefall it used to play on the Tomb Raider at Kings Island when it first opened in 2002.

This program looks similar to the one when it was at Geauga Lake. The program sucks but the swinging on that ride looks fun.

Search "The Crypt at Kings Dominion" aka = Tomb Raider: FIREFALL and you will notice that Great America used Kings Dominion's Crypt soundtrack.

Yeah, but the ride movement program is different (because it's a standard TopSpin and not a Suspended one like PKD), so the music doesn't match. The music at PKD was actually *scored* to the dynamics of the ride, like a movie. Here, it's just background and doesn't really fit.

yep but its not half as good as our Crypt (ofcourse it was better when it was tomb raider firefall too) but the ride program seems better for our Crypt when i went in april 2008 than it was in 2007.

it's not the ride, it all has to do with the weight/how many people on that ride that determines the flips. i work on that ride, so i should know. usually, the less people there is (meaning less weight), the less flips.

I think it's because Great America and King's Dominion were both owned by Paramount? I'm not sure about now though since they changed the name from PARAMOUNT'S Great America to CALIFORNIA's Great America.
