Imposing her own ideas and trying to make light of it. "You're mad" would be the appropriate reflection. And instead "you're going under the table, " "You're hiding" would be good No wonder the girl gets more and more angry!
why does the therapist not comment on the little girl hitting the dolls with the school bus?

The therapist is scared of the girl. i can see from her non verbal cues of her hand held together tight.
