@Somebodylost Adobe After Effects. All you need is the right lighting and some time and it can be done no problem.

The lighting used here is blue screen, normal white photography type lighting and then everything darkened in the video editing, with an added gray scale filter over it. The smoke and particle effects can be done really quite easily in Adobe Photoshop, same goes for the Yellow/Blue/Purple mix behind each band member, but i don't know myself how to do it in After Effects.
