irrevirsible hair damage is a lie, your hair can be melted from bleaching n it can still be repaired, what you need 2 do is get ION emergency hair repair kit found at sallys beauty supply store n u might want to get 2 things of that its like 6 or 7 bucks n use that n also use ION hair reconstructor its a protien treatment it restores the strength n use ION moisturizing treatment it restores the texture n everything back in your hair use those # products n your hair will be fine like virgin hair

I don't really believe it's irreversable. I've been straightening my hair for the last 21 years of my life and decided to stop this year. Sure, there were stringy ends (my hair was a bit past my shoulders when straight and at my shoulders when kinky) but when I did a month or so's worth of co-washing everyday and shampoo/conditioner once a week, those curls popped right back up.
