This man showed no sign of being violent.To have that many officers for one man seems excessive . He is not the first one to die in Joe's jails. Until Joe is removed from the jails you can bet there will be more deaths. They also beat on people that are in the psych part of the jail . I saw a video where the guy was in a room , no clothes, strapped down a jailer gets up goes in there and punches him . That is straight up abuse & torture. It took years for these things to come to light .

It's a shame..but since when is a taser considered deadly force?

The use of the taser definitely seems excessive considering how many police officers were there, but when someone dies from being tased, isn't it considered a rare/strange occurrence?

@dakkon10 Tasers use bolts of electricity that pulse threw your veins, i'm sure if it was used to much, it would make some sort of damage. (In the best of my knowledge)

@kiyashi888 Oh I understand, and I have heard of cases of people dying from being tased, it was just a little bit of an exaggeration when the news reporter said they used deadly force on the guy..he died from being tased, which isn't common. (unless theres something else the video isn't telling us)
