Not all blocks work this way anymore. The one at my school blocks the actual IP address of the site from the incoming traffic to the server. That means even proxies will not work.

We can only save files to a network location assigned to our users and can't even save files to the desktop. We can't open notepad because it isn't an unrestricted EXE. Usually, we get messages such as 'Disabled by your system administrator' or 'This operation has failed'.

no matter what .bat, .exe etc. are all forcefully banned to the point where, real example, i had a small design program that was a .exe file and it was on my memory stick and it stopped me from opening it. to everyone! if you have the non-hedgehog logo come up saying website banned then that means your on the newer version and that stops you from doing anything except with existing programs and files that are already on the schools network. i hope this made it clearer. :D

you are not hacking. you are circumventing a url/dns based web proxy.

one of two things will come of this.

Proxy admins blacklist based on IP or site headers

or

you just get your ass thrown out for voilating acceptable use.

best thing to do at school is to open cmd and typ net user (username u want) (password u want) /add then net localgroup administrators (username) /add then log off and log onto that account. its admin. make shure your comp logon is set to "this computer". or just try it. should work :) sent me a messege for questions.

Lol I did the same thing as JAG below... But anyway it's NOT called a code... Its called a IP Address... There are two different kinds of IP one is Static IP and the other is Dynamic IP... Static is a ip that deals with the numbers of computers in the house for example 192.168.0.105 and there would be another in the house that would be 192.168.0.104 and a Dynamic IP is the IP Address to give website owners a way to locate you from visiting the site to see if you have been doing anything illegal.

the simplest way to do this is to type ip converter into google go to one with a yellow background (second on the first page) then type desired website and copy and paste the ip address given to you, it only takes two seconds
