@DeeTheory Because he's going to jail for providing illegal drugs to other celebrities. Otherwise, he may have been in that episode. It's too bad really, as I think he's a pretty good actor.

Actually, I feel the "Lois and Clark" theme did not fit "Smallville". "Smallville"'s own theme, Save Me by Remy Zero, is the best for that show. Mainly because that is what Clark Kent does in every episode- save people. As far as the Donner theme being used for Superman Returns, I have no problem with that. It's like the James Bond theme. There have been God knows how many Bonds now and they all used the same theme music.

i like this song very much too. It's like a john williams's for a tv show. It's sort of a lighter & fresher version of the original movie theme.

First of all, this is coming from a die hard Supes fan.. John Williams is the only man who can make Superman feel like Superman. It's timeless and I speak for every fan by saying, The movie theme is THE only theme.

This is the kind of thinking that gets us movies like 'Superman Returns'. Superman fans won't get out of their Donner/Reeve bubble. Note: There was Superman before 1978 and there has been Superman after 1987. Accept other adaptions PLEASE.
