You actually pronounce the E in Julebrygg. The translation would be like "The christmas brew". If you remove the E, it would be kind of removing "The" in english. :-)
Grammar you know. We here in Scandinavia add letters at the end of the words when they change "grammar type".

@ummerrahh It's actually pretty good. They have a good IPA and a Porter in there that I liked. The Nut Brown is ok and the Old English style is just so so.
