Great stuff! It is great to see what it was like in the summer. It is interesting that you note the fresh air. I went on the train in winter and it as so cold outside that we preferred the air inside the train. I put together a video blog also which hows what it s like in winter.
A wonderful video diary! Only wish it were longer; perhaps an hour or so? While I've been to Copenhagen,( I was stationed in Germany with the U.S.Army), I've never had the chance to travel farther east. Thanks for sharing your trip!
The great Wall you visited is JuYongGuan, although it is sometimes said to be part of the greater Badaling Pass. Most people will think of that section as JuYong Pass though.

Nice to hear that the Chinese train is more civilised than the Russian train. Russians always assuming that theirs i better than the Chinese.
