  • I work in an ER in NC. We bring our ER patients directly to triage after they check in, then directly into the back as long as there is a bed available. We have 28 bays or rooms. And yes, we bring back all the "sc*@bags & crazies" that someone else mentioned, as well as drug seekers, alcoholics and people who have no money, no job and no access to a primary care health provider. We also have cameras everywhere because of incidents pictured in the video above. ERs are a sh#tty place to work.

  • this is such bullshit, what were the patients priors actions until this? have these people going around pointing fingers spent time in emergency rooms as staff? these places are a magnet for the scumbags and crazies to come in and throw them selves around yell and complain even cover themselves in shit a crasy haired lady falling over is nothing to what im sure has ever happpened in that department yet there is always someone ready to point fingers

  • Please tell me the name and city of this hospital so i can know not to take my ass there in the future. (when im on vacation or some)

  • @shaebabyent88 idk the name but its somwhere n new york

  • Unbelieveable!!! All the persons who are sitting in the waitingroom, should be punished by court. In Germany you´ll get hard punished if you don´t give help to persons who need medicine help. And - by the way - there´s a cam. But who was sitting in front of the monitore???

  • Dumb americans...

  • ...i have lost all faith in the human race

  • Is that shit head to the left of the screen on a cell phone? He does not need to be there

  • Who in the hell is coughing? That's irritating

  • ho my god....................................:(

  • why didnt those ppl do anything?

  • That's what the video is illustrating. It's about Bystander Effect and what influences a stranger to help.

It takes a lot more motivation and thought than you realise to just pick a fallen person up in a public place.

Generally people try shift responsibility for any excuse or wait for someone else to act first just in case they end up embarrassing themselves trying or avoiding the risk of guilt if they are unable to help after trying.

It sounds bad but in those situations it affects us all.
