How to develop B&W film with J Brunner, Pt 3

Jason, you are so awsome. Im wanting to try and develop my own film and you are so great at what you do. you make it so easy for me to understand considering i've never done this before. I do have a question for you. how long do you pre-soak and develop and stop bath.

i think he poured stop-bath, a usual step after developing.

What stuff did you pour IN the tank after you poured OUT the developer? I can't figure it out.  And another question. How much time do you need to agitate the tank with the developer in it before pouring it out? I would have a lot of questions, mate, if you have and msn id or something like that, please reply to this and tell me, because I really want to learn more about developing and other stuff in photography. Nice work, keet it up.

as he mentioned in the previous videos, it was stop bath, and he's using water as his stop bath. some people use acetic acid diluted with water, some people use vinegar diluted with water (vinegar is acetic acid but may be impure)
