You realize that THAT is ANIMAL CRUELTY and the owners of the dog can have you charged for animal abuse. If that was my dog you did that to oh believe me I'd have the cops called on so fast you wouldn't believe it!

The only people that would get charged are the people who cant control their own animals. The police would normally tell you to get a life and tell you they would do the same as me if somebody elses dog was pissing on their property. Responsibility is of the owner, FATTY.

First of all, you said the dog was NEAR your driveway, doesn't exacytly mean that it was ON your driveway. Dog's gotta pee and poo, just like humans do. And instead of kicking the dog you could've said to the owners, "Excuse me, may you please keep your dog off my driveway and my property." And I'm sure they would've respected that. And actually, the cops would tell the owners to keep the dog off your property but also they can charge you with animal cruelty.

And pissing on your property isn't a bad thing, it's different however if the dog pooped on your property and the owners refused to pick it up then you'd have every right to confront the owners about it. You could ask them nicely to pick up after their dog and tell them to keep their dog off your property, and I'm sure they'd respect that. Eitherway, if the dog needed surgery or you killed their dog they can sue you and take you to court for that. I'm surprised they didn't sue you for this.
