Somehow I just can't imagine that anyone wouldn't be seriously tempted by Lucas. He is such a beautiful young man. I rarely ever find blondes attractive their a little to bland for my tastes but Lucas manages to be both blonde and exotic looking at the same time. He is truly stunning!

There is more to sexual orientation than just being Gay or Straight. Many folks who are bi (for instance) don't have an equal amount of men and women in their sexual history.

You can't tell from looking at someone and you can't just judge them by who they loved before.

If that's true in real life (as it proves to be over and over again with all kinds or men and women) I see no reason why it couldn't be true for fictional characters (particularly fictional characters who are so young)

I just want to gived lucas a hug when he is being said. he is just as great at the sad puppy dog fac as Igor(deniz from awz) is. Deniz is not doing to good right now so maybe if he movedfrom germany to the netherlands he could end up with lucas. :)

Anywho...regardless of what the writers do, I would prefer they extract this some more. I'm not like the masses trying to rush this character in and out of storylines and into oblivion. I hope they work this from every angle they can find before its sealed off in only one direction.

Let's review: Some want Dexel. Many want Noud.

Dexel would prove a difficult storyline to thread. Worse, it would be the more obvious and worn SL to do.

Noud is an easier though less familiar storyline...but without much potential for milking. How many ways could you play up the drama with someone so comfortable in his skin?

Nina is wreaking complication upon her own SL - she effectively pushed hopes of Loud out of the frying pan and into the fire. Her theory is a touch delusional.

I could be wrong and that could very well be the case, but, I think they're all just really good friends. I know Laura was married to Jef's brother and Laura along with Barbara is Janine's best friend. I think Jack also saved Janine, Barbara, and Laura's lives from Rene, who is one of the guys that raped Nina. So, they're all just really close with each other I think.

Nina you are the best sister ever but I do not agree completely on leading Lucas to thing there is a possibility (although I want it much more than with Dex!) and I dont think it was too nice to reveal such an intimate aspect of Noud's life, but you are one of my favourite characters so you are forgiven, totally ;)

Lucas if it took that long to Nina to figure out what is going on, how long do you think it will take for Noud to realize it?

Man... I wanted Noucas to happen... but... I don't think that Nina should give Lucas THAT much hope, tell him stuff, but don't lead him on to get hurt in the end...

To me, Noud is straight, so is Dex. I have no reason to think that they aren't. I mean I have my suspicions, but who doesn't. None of them have been leading Lucas on. And although I love love love love sick puppy Lucas.. It just makes me remember how much of a dick he was when he first came...

But I'm just curious what they wanted to do with Dex, who's obvious gay.....not just because of his paranoid but I always remember his grandmother's comment back a few months ago that she thought Dex was realy gay.

I agree. The only person Lucas had beef with was his mother Janine (which IMO was justified). Barbara and Nina both supported Lucas's issues with Janine

He's sweet to Ronja, Nina, Barbara, Noud even Jack (who has been very rude to him at times).

All Lucas did was flirt with Dex when they first met. From that moment Dex was an unprovoked monster to Lucas hurling insults/accusations and rebuffing attempts by Lucas to make peace.

We NOW know why Dex behaved that way (though Lucas doesn't).
