xi no sport suspension = no oil cooler. Im sure the oil temperature was running really high on that xi especially with that jb2. Bmw put the governor at 135 for the 335 non sport, but if you have a 335i sport it comes with a oil cooler and top speed limit at 155. Good run tho i would advise the xi guy to get a oil cooler.
