Absolute beauty of a plane B.A were crazy to take them out of service. I vaguely remember going to marston green railway train station by Birmingham airport to see it take off from there after school. I would give anything to see it again and again in regular service. It's sad to also think that the kids of today dont know what they have missed :(
Thy can't shut it down for ever...that plane was to expensive for that. But they must develop new, more economic turbines for regular flights. I will never forget, when the Concorde approached Vienna...no fighter plane was this loud(I've only Saab J 35J to compare). Salute Concorde!
I still hope to fly with it one day and I heard maybe Concorde will fly again! First on the coming Olympic games 2012! But I still hope it will fly regularly again! And may even Tu 144 and 244, will have a comeback.
If you look on google maps, you can even go to street level and find one sitting outside at the Seattle museum of flight. Look up this address. It's sad that it's just outside like that. It deserves a throne!

@Heatblast667: thats the french alos it was the cost cncorde cost a fortune to run and the airlones blamed the crash to get rid of her. we should really bring atleast one concorde back for airshows atleast
