There is no law that says the average American has to pay an income tax. The definition of income as defined in legal terms is "corporate gain". The irs will tell you income tax on the American people is through the 16th amendment. But before the 16th the supreme court ruled that income tax on the average American person was unconstitutional. then after the 16th amendment, the supreme court said that the amendment did not give the government any more power to tax. Fair Tax owns. Abolish the IRS and charge a flat sales tax. So instead of paying all the different taxes that we have today, we'd pay only ONE tax at the point of sale. The tax would be set at around 20%. Because of the elimination of the income tax, people that don't spend will start to save faster. less spending = faster savings. And, if I don't spend at all I'll never be taxed. :D

However, i felt a pang in my gut when Sen. Paul said: "We have rejected the 'just war' theory of Christianity". It's the second time i've heard him alluding to Christianity in his campaign. The first being when he likened his supporters to the "remnant". It's probably of no consequence.
