I can't seem to get 4 player working on MAME32 0.64 on Kaillera. Only 2 players can join, but in an offline game I can go into the config menu (tab) and switch it to 4 players. Anyone had this problem?
@TheCaptainBlast mame is useless. Never could get anything to run on it. Every time you get a rom its not a rom. its a fragment of something else and mame always yells it needs 20 other files. useless. Why not just put the whole damn thing in a zip all together?
go to romnation (dot) net and go to emulators,download Mame for windows (or mac if you have one) then go to roms a download a rom. Certain roms dont work (like ones with 3d games) but all the classic games like Mortal Kombat and Street Fighter will work. i will put a dirct link in the info box.
Oh, having MAME isn't the issue, I have the newest version, and other games work, but for some reason TE won't work (I DLed all the versions, none will read), only the regular NBA Jam.
Apparently it's my version of MAME, then, because the older version you linked to works. My version claimed certain bin files were missing even though I checked the zip and they were in there. At least I have one that works now. Thanks!
@mason000 i have a solution for you. open the original nba jam rar file and then open the nba jam te version you want to run (im using 2.0) after you have two both windows open of of the both nba jam versions look in the original nba jam for these 4 files nbauj19.bin nbaug19.bin nbauj14.bin and nbaug14.bin and put those files in the nba jam te rar file and then the game should run. hope this helps :)

I did nothing special to spart the game. All i did was Download the rom and the emulator (Mame32) then draged the game onto Mame and it works like that. Dont unzip it or anything. Im sure this is useless now but o well. At least i feel better. lol
Can anybody tell me is it possible to play this game but without CPU assistance so you can control both players of your team like you can on SNES version of the game. Thanks

Works perfect on MAME 0.143, although revision 2.0 didn't work until I had 4.0 too.
So much fun being able to play as Raiden, Sub-Zero, Scorpion, Reptile and others. :)
