Ah, yes. That's been rumored for about four years or so - at least, it seems that way. The "projected" date is 2012, but nothing has been officially released. With the release of Halo 4 set on Holiday 2012, I don't know if we'll see a movie until perhaps summer of 2013. Gods know I would greatly welcome a GOOD movie, though; I count Legends as a shameful scourge...

Peter Jackson and Neil Blomkamp were going to do the Halo movie, but then District 9 came along. The most recent news on the Halo Movie is that Stuart Beattie was pitching a script to Microsoft for a Halo Movie.

However, Microsoft informed the public not to expect a Halo Movie too soon, as their focusing on projects such as Halo 3: ODST and Halo: Reach.
