im not gunna lie, watching your video made me laugh when you used the power up because it made me think of how much they ripped off the gundam seed game's SEED mode. Her eyes looked exactly like they would in that anime, which made me find it silly but cool.

The weird thing is that if they followed the anime/manga/visual or sound novels, the eyes would look more different compared to the Gundam SEED mode's eyes. XD

The "cut-ins" aren't in the original PC Higurashi Daybreak game though.

Perhaps your computer specifications aren't high enough?

If it is decent enough, you might want to try this program called Game Booster, it closes unnecessary stuff so your gaming experience will be slightly improved.

If that doesn't work, time to upgrade or get a desktop computer. XD

The funny thing is that I've tried playing the Mega Edition with a friend over xlink kai and it lags like crazy, even though we're in the same country.

Of course, the only other way to get ad-hoc working over the internet is ad-hoc party for the ps3..

I read your comment about Mion's minigun getting nerfed btw. Which weapon was that? The one that comes with the rocket launcher? And how was it nerfed?

The minigun is the one that comes with the dual handguns and the rocket launcher.

Basically, now it doesnt cause as much hits/damage as before, which is good I suppose, considering how much damage it did last time.

The game only supports ad-hoc multiplayer.

There's no online play in this game, except for ad-hoc party which requires a PS3.

Alternatively, you can try checking XLink Kai.

All the voices are downsampled making it very annoying when they start getting mixed up. You can't skip the story mode conversations on first playthrough and you can't even quit a game halfway, you can only pause.

Gameplay has minor changes (e.g Mion's minigun got nerfed). New lines were recorded.

Personally I dont really like it.

If you're a big fan then go ahead and purchase it. After all, it comes with 3 figurines! Just don't expect it to be a big improvement from the original. xD

I think my biggest problem is with the graphics. Sometimes I just can't understand what they're doing =/

But I think I'll try to get it. Being able to play Hidebu anytime I want seems sooo great <3

Agreed, I don't like the chibi style as well. Projectiles look much smaller and less noticeable than before. Makes it kinda hard to see if there's a cleaver flying towards your face. xD
