By using your aerial you are not meeting the Cal OSHA requirements of 5000 lbs for anchors systems. If your ladder is extended and depending on your angle your tip load restrictions may be between 500 tp 1000 lbs. Also you need to rig each line, main and belay to different attachment slings.
