    no one has confirmed that she is recording a new album, Hilary did say she was going to record a new album but that was back in December 2008, after that there was nothing else reported on her album since December! Actually the last time Hilary said something was last year where she said she is taking her time as she really wants to focus on her acting career right now! please show me where you found that she was going to cover this song? please!
